How Our Fees Work
We charge nothing unless we successfully secure an award, and nothing upfront. If successful, our fee is 15% + VAT of your first year’s award only — you keep 100% of the benefit from year two onward. Interest-free payment plans are available.

Our 96% success rate and £5m+ released figures cover applications submitted since October 2023, taken from our own internal case records. “Successful” means the DWP awarded the benefit following an application we prepared and submitted. These are currently self-reported internal statistics — they have not yet been independently audited, and we are actively open to independent verification of them. Complaint figures, DBS-checked staff, and our cold-calling policy are stated as at the date this page was last updated.
You Can Always Apply for Free
Every benefit we help with can be applied for yourself, completely free, or with free help from a charity. Nobody has to pay to claim what they’re entitled to — that’s always your choice.
Apply for Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit or any benefit directly, free, with no fee at any point.
Free, independent, one-to-one help completing benefit forms and understanding your entitlement.
A free, independent benefits calculator covering the full range of UK benefits and grants.
Free advice line and local support specifically for people over State Pension age.
Free Help vs. Our Service
We know free help exists, and we tell every client that upfront — more than once, before any application is submitted. Some people choose it. Charities like Citizens Advice and Age UK do excellent work, though demand often means long waiting times and limited capacity for one-to-one support on a complex claim. Others prefer a service that manages the whole process end to end, chases progress with the DWP, and handles a rejection through Mandatory Reconsideration for them. That’s the choice we offer — nobody has to take it, and we’re paid only if it works.
