Automatic Payment Tracking
Once your award is confirmed, our systems track your first payment and any backdated amount from the DWP — we sometimes know it’s landed before you do, and we check it matches what was applied for before we ever mention our fee.
Where you have online banking and have consented, we can provide this checking service through our trusted open banking partner, Plaid. We never see your bank balance or your transactions — only confirmation that a payment has arrived from the DWP, and nothing else. You can disconnect the open banking link at any time, and there is no pressure whatsoever to use it.
Automatic Further-Benefit Detection
The moment an award lands, our technology automatically checks your eligibility for Pension Credit and Council Tax Reduction — the check itself is always free, with no extra forms for you to complete, and always with your recorded consent before we act.
If you’re eligible and would like us to make the application for you, that is a separate service with its own fee, payable only if it’s successful — exactly the same no-win, no-fee basis as our Attendance Allowance service. We explain this plainly, in a recorded call, and only ever proceed with your explicit consent.

It works as a safeguard the other way too: we also check that nothing appears in an application that a client did not actually say. We take that combination — full accuracy and full completeness — very seriously, and we’ve invested heavily in building the technology behind it. It’s a real part of why our success rate is as high as it is, and it means we can handle a high volume of applications without ever losing our attention to detail. The result is a client who knows they’ve been properly heard, and a DWP that consistently receives high-quality, frictionless applications.

We charge 20% + VAT of your first year’s Attendance Allowance award — one single fee, taken once, that we can spread interest-free over 3 or 6 months. Everything after that is yours, every year, for as long as you claim.
