Your Attendance Allowance Entitlement
We can check your Attendance Allowance eligibility in minutes. You will know very quickly if you are eligible for and we will work with you, personally to support you, understand your life situation and prepare and submit the most detailed application we can, using your own information. You can apply for any benefit on your own. According to DWP statistics people applying on their own have a 48% chance of success. We have a considerably higher success rate, well baove 90%. There is no money to pay up front and nothing to pay if you are not successful. We want to help as many people as we can but we do need to charge to continue to provide our service.
We do all the work for you and only pay us if you are successful
You only pay us when you are successful with your Attendance Allowance application. If you are not successful, you do not pay us anything at all. You do not need to pay us any money at all up front. As most Attendance Allowance applications are back dated from the date you apply, you will be able to use all or some of that money to pay our fees. Our fees are 15% of your first years assessment. Our average one off fee for Attendance Allowance is £861 but you will receive £5,740.80 in your first year and for as many years as you continue to claim. If you are in your late 60's/early 70's this could mean you receive tens of thousands of pounds for a one off payment of our fee.

We aim to help you make a successful application and be receiving back-dated benefits within 6-8 weeks of application. You can of course apply on your own or wait three months for an appointment with the Citizens Advice Bureau. We find our clients prefer to get help immediately, without any delay.
